Where do I begin?  Both of you have been like family in this effort.  But even family could never have been so professional, efficient, supportive, good humored and patient from the beginning to end.  The unwavering enthusiasm you sustained would sometimes carry me through challenging days.  I cannot lay claim to your original ideas, or take credit for the incredible beauty and artistry inherent in everything you offered to this project.  Your supportive services that insure the continued perfection of the products you create and represent cannot be separated from my total appreciation of your contribution.  I can never hope to run across a higher level of integrity and excellence again in my lifetime.

Dear Bob,

I want to express my appreciation for all that you and the artist in the workroom did to make it possible for my clients to have their rug by Christmas.  I know that there were many overtime hours and headaches from using the carver for too long.  As you know because you were there, my client was overwhelmed by the beauty of the rug and the artistry that took to make it.  This is from a client that does not lavish complements easily.  Please extend my undying gratitude to everyone involved.  You made (their) Christmas very happy and mine too.

What a pleasure it is to work with the consummate professionals that you all are!  "Thank You" seems inadequate to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing job you did.  The client is absolutely thrilled with her new carpet.  Selling carpet while driving from New York to Texas would have been impossible with any company except M&M!

The carpet is beautiful and I feel quite at home with it already in spite of the change.  The guys Bob sent were great.  They get an A+ and will come back tomorrow to finish the bathroom.  They really worked hard today and were so nice.  They were pleased with the logistics here--it helped them get their job done efficiently.
